15 Overhead Squats (95/65)
18:26; 65 lbs all sets unbroken reps and good depth overall. Next time I need to bump up the weight to 75 lbs. Running was the great limiting factor. Concentrated on POSE running and noticed some relief.
Group warmup.
Additioanlly, worked on the Buddy Lee progression. 5x50 singels/::60//3x30 Running Man/::60.
